Here's a little
bit about SEP and our team.
We're
a privately held company, headquartered in the
beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. Recently
our company was honored to be chosen as a finalist in
the Business Excellence Awards by the Business
Development Bank of Canada and the Kelowna Chamber of
Commerce. We were nominated in two categories: Small
Business of the Year, Category 2 and Entrepreneur of
the Year (for President and CEO Gord Hotchkiss). We
are proud of the corporate culture we have developed
at Searchengineposition. Our team members are skilled
and talented individuals and their input is eagerly
sought in every aspect of our company's growth. We
have regular (quarterly) retreats where team members
interact with each other in creative and fun ways to
create new ideas for improvement in every aspect of
our business. In addition, there are numerous
activities, big and small, in which team members are
invited to participate. In the past few months these
have included a white water rafting trip and an
evening cruise on a houseboat. We
believe in balance. We strongly encourage family
activities and welcome spouses and children to many of
our corporate activities. While we strive for a
creative, challenging environment in our workplace, we
know that should balanced with a rich, rewarding home
life.
