 Gord
Hotchkiss
President and CEO
Gordon Hotchkiss has
been active in the marketing and advertising
industry for 18 years. Starting as an award winning
radio copywriter, he founded Hotchkiss Advertising
Inc. in 1988. He has extensive experience creating
and implementing marketing strategies for businesses
in all sectors. Since 1997, he has focused primarily
on website design and online marketing. With the
introduction of Searchengineposition, Inc in June
1999, he has further focused on creating a world
leading search engine positioning service. The
Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and the Business
Development Bank of Canada recently chose Gordon as
a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year.

Barnes
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bill Barnes has been in
the marketing, advertising and promotion industry
for 20 years. He began his career in radio as an
announcer, was a Clio award-winning producer and
held a senior management position. He has extensive
experience in hiring, managing and motivating a team
of professionals. Since 1997 he has focused on Sales
& Marketing, developing and negotiating high level,
innovative sales and marketing packages for local,
national and international companies. Most recently
Bill has over-seen the explosive sales growth of
Enquiro.
