How Can We
Offer All We Do for The Prices We Do?
You know, that's a
good question. It's one we've spent a significant amount of
time trying to answer. We've come to one of two
conclusions:
-
Either the
competition is charging too much, or,
-
We're just too
darned nice and maybe a little touched in the head
(we prefer theory number one, although we are really
nice people)
What You Pay
isn't Always What You Get
Realize that the Search Engine
Optimization industry is relatively new. Many people who
are considering search engine marketing are doing it for
the first time and have no idea what a fair price is.
That is why you'll find prices that range from several
thousand a month to less than 50 dollars. You would
think that this huge range would go along with a wide variance
in the quality of service, but this often isn't
the case. Some of the most expensive positioning firms
have delivered the least impressive results. If you're
at the "shopping around" stage, we suggest
doing two things:
-
Carefully compare what
firms offer.
-
Ask the right questions. We
have compiled a list of 14 questions, for our answers, click here.

Cost
Effective
We've built our service to be as cost effective as
possible. In online marketing and search engine
optimization, you need experienced and knowledgeable
professionals working for you, constantly testing new
techniques and strategies to see what works most
successfully to increase your site's visibility. But the
plain truth is, once we find these secrets, it usually
entails a lot of tedious, routine work on the site to
make these changes. Now, you could pay a consultant 100
or 150 dollars an hour to do this work, but that doesn't
make much sense to us. We keep our people working where they do the most good, trying
new strategies with the search engines. When it comes
time to apply those strategies to your site, our own
Traffic Tools software makes the job much easier, saving
our consultants time for more important things, like
coming up with ways to improve your rankings on search
engines. You get the
best of both worlds...and you pay a lot less!
Low
Overhead
We run a pretty tight ship. We're not into big fancy
offices or iced cappuccinos at break time. Our offices
are in downtown Kelowna, British Columbia (where? you
say) where the rents are low and the quality of life is
high. Our prices have been honed to the bone by a very
tight, very competitive market here in Canada. The good
news is, you can take advantage of these low prices no
matter where you are.
Favorable
Exchange
If you're from the US, you might not know how
favorable the exchange of your dollar with our Canadian dollar is.
The fact is, for every dollar you spend, you're getting
an immediate 38% discount (approximately) just because
of the exchange rate. So, when we start by keeping our
prices as low as possible, and then tack on a 38%
discount, it's not too hard to see why you're going to
come out the big winner.
The Nice
Guys Factor
The bottom line is, we're not out to gouge anyone.
We think businesses that charge hundreds of thousands of
dollars for mediocre results create a huge negative
impact for our industry. We
just want to charge a fair price for a good product.
Quite honestly, we think some other optimization
services think they've found a golden opportunity to
milk the market for all it's worth. We think this is a
pretty short sighted approach. What happens when someone
reputable (like us) comes along with a better service
(us again) and offers better value (ditto)? The
competition isn't going to last very long! We've been
around since 1997, and we plan to be around for a long
time yet.
